If you earned a credit from JustFab, Fabletics, ShoeDazzle or Fabkids (collectively “JF Brands”) and have not used that credit for 12 months, then the credit was converted and we issued you an electronic gift card. You were sent an email (to the email address we have on file) containing a 16 digit gift card code.

The electronic gift card you received does not expire and there are no fees associated with it. You can use your gift card to make one or more purchases from the JF Brand website indicated in the email sent to you. You are not limited to using specific amounts or increments when using the gift card. Upon initial use of your gift card any remaining balance or value will be converted to store credit.

If you received a JustFab gift card you can redeem the gift card two ways: (1) enter the 16 digit gift card code in the “Add Promo Code/Gift Certificate” section during the checkout process when making a purchase; or (2) visit http://www.justfab.com/index.cfm?action=accountinfo.gift_card_redeem.

If you received a Fabletics gift card you can redeem the gift card two ways: (1) enter the 16 digit gift card code in the “Enter Coupon Code” section during the checkout process when making a purchase; or (2) visit http://www.fabletics.com/giftcard/redeem/public#accountinfo.gift_card_redeem.

If you received a FabKids gift card you can redeem the gift card two ways: (1) enter the 16 digit gift card code in the “Add Promo Code” section during the checkout process when making a purchase; or (2) visit http://www.fabkids.com/index.cfm?action=giftcard.main.

If you received a ShoeDazzle gift card you can redeem the gift card by entering the 16 digit gift card code in the “Gift Card” section during the checkout process when making a purchase.

You can check the value of your gift card and to which JF Brand it applies by entering your email address or the 16 digit gift card code at www.jfgiftcard.com. If you have already used the gift card code to make a purchase, any remaining value from the gift card will be automatically credited back to your JF Brand Account under the “store credit” section.

You do not have to be a VIP Member of any of the JF Brands to use a gift card. If you are a VIP Member of any of the JF Brands you will receive special VIP Member pricing when making purchases from those JF Brands.

Yes, you can send your gift card to anyone you like. Gift card recipients do not have to be VIP Members of any of the JF Brands, however if they are not VIP Members they will not receive VIP Member pricing, though they will receive the full value of the gift card.

What if I can’t find the email with the gift card code? Or I deleted the email?

No, all gift cards are electronic. You will not receive any physical cards in the mail.
